Aliyana-Auditing Ltd. has been on the market of financial services since 1996. The company was registered by decision No 11405/96 of the Sofia City Court. The company fulfills all conditions of the Law on independent financial audit from 01 January 2002 and is specialized auditing company. Associates in the company are two certified chartered accountants and one natural person – candidate auditor. The managing associate is Akseniya Malinova Dobazova, registered auditor with certificate No 0009/91. The company has registered capital to the amount of BGN 11 000. Four employees work on labor contracts in Aliyana-Auditing Ltd., including two assistant auditors, as the average age is 36 years. Three of them have higher economical education and the fourth one is a correspondence student. The main income of the company is from certifications of annual financial reports, doing agreed-upon auditing procedures, and less from consultations, remunerations from lectures and other.
